Philip Gore Randall
Chairman
Having spent the first 25 years of his career at Arthur Andersen Philip is both a current and former Chairman of broad range of private multinational businesses including Chairman of Acuity Knowledge Partners; Adviser to Virtus Medical and RAK Ceramics and Director of Samena Capital.
Zurab Ashvil Ph.D.
Founder, CTO & Board Member
Zurab was formerly responsible for technology investment at Softbank, subsequently setting up and selling his consultancy Proluck, and the Fintech provider Blagodaru delivering $5 billion value creation and $300 million in exits. Zurab’s track record includes consulting in Microsoft, Dell and EMC on the design of distributed file systems and the delivery of software design work for Windows 2000, the basis for cloud computing alongside overseeing the technology and data separation for all parties involved in the liquidation of Lehman Brothers.
Sir Mark Lyall Grant
Board Member
Formerly with the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Sir Mark has served as UK National Security Advisor and Permanent Rep to the UN as well as principal adviser to the Foreign Secretary on strategic foreign policy. He has served overseas in Paris and Pretoria, is a qualified barrister and acts as an important interface into Government on behalf of L3COS.
Siobhan McArdle
CEO
Siobhan is an experienced CEO, former PwC Management Consultant who has worked with Founder-led, Private Equity backed and Publicly listed companies, across all sectors over the last 30 years. Sitting as Chair of the Tees Valley Local Economic Partnership she is also a board member of the Freeport alongside being a member of the Government-led newly established ICC Centre For Digital Trade and Innovation Advisory Working Group.
